Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications from qualified

doctors for various non-permanent, facility specific and fixed Pay posts of General

practitioners/Emergency doctors and Consultants on contract basis for one year on the

terms and conditions mentioned below in the districts, namely: Charsadda, Nowshera,

Mardan, Swabl, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, D | Khan,

Karak, Dir Lower and Buner. District wise details of advertised Health Facility specific

posts and Salary Package are available on official website (www.healthkp.gov.pk).

Terms and conditions:

1. Recruitment against advertised posts will be made under Health Department's

"Contract Appointment of Doctors (Fixed-Pay) Rules 2022"

2. The advertised posts are contractual, fixed pay, non-permanent, non-transferable

and facility specific and shall not lead to regularization of services.

3. These are facility-based position. Candidates will have to submit separate

application

forms along with required documents for each advertised post to which they wish to

apply.

4. There are no geographical quotas or age limits for these positions.

5. Those working in the public sector, may apply provided he/she shall resign from

his/her existing post.

6. The contractual positions will be offered Initially for a period of 1 year which may be

extended on a rolling basis subject to satisfactory performance.

7. Successful applicants shall be on probation initially for 90 days which may be

extended for a further period of 90 days. Termination during the probation period shall

be without notice.

8. Verification of documents will be carried out for successful candidates. The contract

will be terminated immediately without further notice in case the documents are found to

be non-authentic.

9. Selected candidates will have to accept the offer within thirty (30) days,

10.Civil Servants may be considered to the consultant posts subject to the acceptance

of resignation from their existing past.

11. Selection and appointments at the Health Facilities will be recommended by the

notified selection committee's as per contract rules.

12. The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reserves the right

either to abolish, increase or decrease, the number of posts as per the prevailing

circumstances.
