Notification for Up-Gradation of Computer Operator BS-12 to BS-16.

  122 Computer Operators of Works Department, Gilgit-Baltistan have recently been upgraded from BS-12 to BS-16.  A large number of computer operators are working in different departments of Gilgit-Baltistan.  They face many problems. One of them is that they are working on the same scale for many years due to lack of promotion line.  It is to be noted that a notification regarding computer operator was issued by the finance department in 2010 which it was stated that from today onwards all the computer operators of different departments of Gilgit-Baltistan who are working in BS-12  To be recognized as BS-16.  Unfortunately, this notification has not been implemented.  The posts of computer operators in different departments were upgraded in different phases.
